I have got to say John is a very good realtor. I was going through a divorce and chose John as my realtor after I met him. He is very knowledgeable and honest. If you have any problems he is very quick to respond. I know we had some troubles with a buyer backing out and even some bank delays with the next buyer. But he was very patient and we got through it. I know we had a lot of phone calls back and forth but the response time was almost immediate if not immediate. I moved to the other side of the state now but if I was looking for a realtor in south western PA John would be my choice.

John is the best realtor anyone could ask for hands down! He is great at listening to your needs and finding whatever property you may desire. John is a wonderful, caring person. He was extremely patient with us. Very knowledgeable as to what steps we needed to take to put the house on the market. He also showed us places to move into. He did all the negotiating, paperwork, etc… Our house went on the market 3/2 and we had 8 showing the next 2 days, one of which made an offer that we accepted.
