I have got to say John is a very good realtor. I was going through a divorce and chose John as my realtor after I met him. He is very knowledgeable and honest. If you have any problems he is very quick to respond. I know we had some troubles with a buyer backing out and even some bank delays with the next buyer. But he was very patient and we got through it. I know we had a lot of phone calls back and forth but the response time was almost immediate if not immediate. I moved to the other side of the state now but if I was looking for a realtor in south western PA John would be my choice.
