John is a wonderful, caring person. He was extremely patient with us. Very knowledgeable as to what steps we needed to take to put the house on the market. He also showed us places to move into. He did all the negotiating, paperwork, etc… Our house went on the market 3/2 and we had 8 showing the next 2 days, one of which made an offer that we accepted.
