Bit of a project here. Great opportunity to get into the fabulous world of real estate investing on a budget- at least for the purchase. After that the budget gonna be out the window- probably the broken one upstairs. But everybody’s doing it, so why not you??? How hard could it really be to re-side and re-roof such a large home? Couldn’t possibly be any harder than replacing all of the flooring, cabinets, lighting, HVAC, some electric, a bit o’ plumbing and a couple vats of paint! I forgot to mention some concrete work and landscaping- but does that really matter when it comes to the thrill of investing??!! NO IT DOES NOT- what matters is that THERE ARE 2 OFF STREET PARKING SPOTS!
