This is just a real treat to live in this apartment in this location. I just love showing it. I park on the Square, walk up to Washington Rd for a coffee and walk back to the apartment. Say hi to the folks walking back on their way to a restaurant or out walking their dog. Walk into this nice building and into this nice cozy apartment with a great view from the front window. Tons of natural light. It’s such a peaceful apartment. The photos speak for themself. All you pay is Electric. Parking is nearby and it ranges from $85/month to $40/month. The T station is about 2 minutes walk away. This is on the 3rd Floor. Washer and Dryer shared in laundry room.
